Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

 Our shipping is free in Australia only, you don’t need to worry about additional shipping cost unless you require express delivery. Customer has to pay extra charges for delivery if product has been ordered internationally, please contact us through an email to know about international delivery charges. Delivery time is not always accurate, it is estimated time. We will endeavour to send the products to customers as soon as possible. Please send us an email if you require express delivery. There might be extra delivery charges if you want to receive your products quicker than the estimate. We will inform you by email time to time with delivery update. Please check your delivery address as well as email address twice before you finalise the order.  You will have to pay extra delivery charges if you have provided the incomplete or wrong delivery address by mistake, as the products will require re-delivery.

Once we receive payment for a product, we will send an email to confirm your order, and ship by the following business day. It is delivery companies’ responsibility to send your products to your home or business address in estimated time. They will contact you via text message (SMS) or they might call you if they need to ask a question about your delivery address.

you can still send us an email to request an update about your delivery or if you have any other questions. Most of time we will use your email address to communicate. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct email address to us. Express delivery Charges can’t be refunded if we have already dispatched your order. You have to pay the full delivery charges if an order has been dispatched to your given address by the time you cancel the order. We are happy to refund all money including delivery charges if you cancel your order before we dispatch your product.

RETURNS

 We want you to love our product and our first priority is 100% customers’ satisfaction. In case you change your mind or you are not satisfied with the product, you have 30 days to return the products from the date you have received. We are happy to refund your money if you change your mind, however, you will need to pay return shipping costs and show us the evidence of purchased date. First of all, you need to send an email to ozindus@gmail.com to explain your issue and return processing. We will do our best to work on returning process as quick as possible but it still takes time to check returned product, your card details, purchased details and refund the purchase cost to your account. All items will be inspected on return, prior to processing a refund.

 Return shipping: The product should be returned in the original packaging; it shouldn’t have been used. It’s your responsibility to ensure that the item arrives at our warehouse address.

The item you are returning should arrive at our warehouse in 30 days from the date you have purchased the product. We will send an email to you once returned product has reached at our warehouse and it will take 10 days after to refund your money to your account. Once we complete the returning process, you will have a choice if you want your money back to your original account or you want to exchange the item. Money will be returned to the same account number used at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective items: Product with a fault will be replaced at our own cost or the cost of purchase will be refunded. We do the best to send the products with high quality with best customer service. You can return the product to us in 30 days from the date you receive the products if the product is faulty. The purchased receipt would still need to be provided. We need photos if the product is damaged or faulty. We will contact you by an email after you send these documents. It will be your choice if you want us to put money back to your account or you want to replace the product.
